Abstract

The objective of our study is to obtain a general picture of theRomanian healthcare system through which to identify its particularitiesfinancially, by presenting the advantages and disadvantages of the currentsystem, describing resources and performances in relation to resources, andexisting financing model description. Comparing the resources allocated tohealthcare care systems results in global health system from Romania, ourapproach will aim to identify what exactly is state of the Romanianhealthcare, which is the explanation financing of deficiencies andinequitable - determinant of public expenditure, most often reflecting abilityto pay a health institution and not the degree population health.
